Carbohydrate enriched PR-11\14 Raw Rice is variety of long grain basmati rice which is loaded with carbohydrate. Grown in North India, this gluten free rice is well known for its high nutrients enriched content. Its average grain length is maximum 6.9 mm. Being gluten free, this variety of rice becomes non sticky after cooking to provide prepared dish a unique texture.  Grains of PR-11\14 Raw Rice also tend to elongate 1.5 times of their original size post cooking.
